What type of warranty coverage is there?

All of our development and service work is covered by our money-back satisfaction guarantee.  Hosting services have no warranty but you can disconnect at any time with proper notice.  For product sales, warranty is per the manufacturer.

Note: For certain suppliers, their warranty period starts at time of manufacturing.

Is there any support after the sale?

YES! We offer support ongoing. If you have any questions do not hesitate to reach out to us.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit cards and ACH payments.

What is your refund policy?

Our goal is to make sure all of our customers 100% satisfied.

But we do not offer refunds on hosting.  And we work to assure satisfaction on development and services.  If a product is sold and needs to be returned, it will fall under the manufacturer’s return policy.

What is your delivery policy?

All products, if shipped, will be sent via FedEx or UPS.  Almost all offerings are services which are delivered digitally. 

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns on products or services unless it is delivered in non-working, inoperable condition.

What is your cancellation policy?

All services can be cancelled prior to start of the project.  Products can be cancelled if we can cancel with the manufacturer or shipper.
